After School Care: ** Registration Notes: Please ignore the start date shown. Our program will start on the first day of Fall 2026 at your child's campus and continues until end of school year in 2027. Please register by completing account set up and payment of $1 to reserve a spot. Mad Science will contact you to complete enrollment process prior to program start date **Mad Science coaches will receive your child into the program at the designated space inside the campus when regular school time ends. Our coaches will engage children with Science manipulatives and other related activities to help them reinforce science concepts. Children will be dismissed to the authorized parent /guardian at the designated exit no later than 6:30 PM. Program will not be available on school holiday, skip /black-out date or early dismissal day. Our coaches have the right to ask for a picture ID to confirm identity of an adult. Late pick-up will incur $20 for each 15 minute increment, payable in cash to the coach on site.
Required Legal Disclosure:Per Texas law, our program is not a traditional state licensed childcare or day care location, and we do not offer traditional childcare services. We are a science proficiency enrichment program delivered at a campus before and after school, to prepare participating children to be FUTURE READY. We may offer transportation and snacks in the context of our program in accordance with Texas HHS regulations. We are required by law to inform every parent that science does expose a participating child to some physical risk. We will have CPR and First Aid trained personnel on site; Our coaches are not authorized to dispense or administer medications. In case of medical emergency, our coaches are instructed to call 911 for help, and then call the parent/guardian. We reserve the right to continually modify our program to ensure compliance, quality and safety without prior notice or consent.
Fees:The weekly program fee for the 3 hour-long After-School Enrichment program is $80 per child per week. Enrollment is on a week-to-week basis and closes 7 days prior to program start. This is required to allow us time to plan for adequate children-to-coach ratio at the campus. Rosters will exclude children for whom payment has not been received. Fees are not prorated for days of a week. We require 2 week email-notice for unenrolling your child.
Discounted Fees:If you qualify for the discounted fee plan offered by the campus, please contact us at info.request@msgdallas.com with your contact information. We will validate the information with the campus. We will then contact you again to complete the enrollment.
